Wonderful Lake Views and Friendly Service

amazing view spacious room friendly staff
I stayed in a room that offered amazing lake views, a lovely experience. The room was spacious, and the hot shower had great pressure. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful (Una at reception was amazing!). The hotel also offers ample parking. A real bonus.
The soundproofing was not optimal. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms at times, a bit disruptive.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers a gym with equipment, a spa area with a pool, and saunas for relaxation. I noticed the gym had multiple machines. The saunas provided a comfortable and therapeutic experience.
Service
10/10
The staff were attentive and accommodating, especially at reception. Dylan at the bar was efficient. I got assistance with an upgrade with no issues. I am so grateful for the excellent service.
Rooms
8/10
The room featured lake views and comfortable spaces. It included amenities such as a king bed, a shower, and complimentary items. I appreciated the cleanliness and the well-kept condition of the room.
